TPMSauto Warranty
1. Limited Warranty
This warranty statement sets forth TpmsAuto's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
2. Warranty Period
1 years warranty - main unit
3-month warranty on related accessories, cables & adapters.
In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.
3. Repair or replacement
TpmsAuto will repair or replace (at TpmsAuto's expense) any TpmsAuto product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material. The repaired/replaced product assumes the remaining warranty of the original date of purchase.
4. Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on TpmsAuto's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
5. Exclusions
TPMSauto's warranty does not apply to:
- Products not purchased directly from TpmsAuto.com or authorized retailers.
- Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in TpmsAuto's current product literature.
- Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
- Any product purchased through an online auction house.
- TpmsAuto's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months
Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns for Refunds
We're confident you'll love your TPMSauto product. However, if you need to return an item purchased directly from TPMSauto website, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from your delivery date.

l Purchase Channels
For products bought through other retailers, please refer to their respective return policies. For assistance, contact support@tpmsauto.com with your order details.
l Non-Returnable Items
Custom-configured or OEM products cannot be returned.
Return Process
►Email support@tpmsauto.com with order information, return reason, photo or video of error & received product.
►(Scanner & device) our technician will contact you appoint time for remote to access your laptop to check the error.
►Once TPMSauto confirmed the error can not solved by remote, you'll obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
►Clearly write the RMA number on the shipping label (not on the product box)
Packages without visible RMA numbers will be rejected
Return Conditions
Items must be in original condition (with all accessories/documentation) and 10% restocking fees apply.
TPMSauto covers return shipping for: defective items, damaged packages only.
For other reasons, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. Credit card refunds may take an additional 7-15 business days to appear. We recommend keeping original packaging for 15 days.

Claim Process

Order number/proof of purchase
Product serial number
Evidence of defect (photos/videos)
Shipping Terms
Verified defects: TPMSauto covers all shipping
False claims: Customer bears shipping and 10% restocking fees after testing.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
We offer paid repair services for products beyond warranty. Contact support@tpmsauto.com for details or inquire about our Trade-In program.
Return/Replacement Shipping Requirements
TpmsAuto Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the TpmsAuto product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.
